*Eres SODA CRYSTALS contain up to three times more active soda than the so-called 'soda hydrates': the semi-transparent chunks that are often packed in plastic bags are soda that is bound with water. The granules thus contain up to almost 2/3 water. The soda crystals used by Eres are 98% pure soda.
